Business Development Manager (UK)

  • Role
    • The ideal candidate will engage with prospective customers to build new business for DataPOWA’s products and services in line with expectations/sales targets. This candidate will be focused, goal orientated and have strong written and oral communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
  • Responsibilities
    • Research and Identify new business opportunities
    • To increase sales of DataPOWA products with the aim to achieve the specified sales target
    • Generate and implement sales strategies to grow the DataPOWA brands and market share
    • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
    • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Skills Required
    • Degree level qualifications
    • At least two years’ prior industry related business development experience
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
    • Experience in delivering new and innovative propositions/products in the digital arena

Customer Success Manager (UK)

  • Role
    • The ideal candidate will understand our customers’ requirements, their activities and timelines and what they want to achieve from DataPOWA’s products and services. They will take the lead in ensuring our customers are achieving critical business value from us. This candidate will be focused, goal orientated and have strong written and oral communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
  • Responsibilities
    • Build strong relationships with customers and become their trusted advisor
    • Work with sales on management of the customer renewal process
    • Monitoring signals of churn and taking appropriate preventative actions
    • Selling new products and features to customers to deliver extra value
    • Funnelling customer feedback to the product team
    • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Skills Required
    • Degree level qualifications
    • A positive and mature attitude and a genuine interest in a career in sports business
    • At least two years’ experience working with customers to solve strategic needs
    • Experience having commercial conversations with customers

PR Manager (UK)

  • Role
    • The ideal candidate will drive growth of the DataPOWA brands through strategic storytelling and amplifying our presence in the media. You will play a key role in the next phase of the company’s growth by developing creative ideas to launch new products and features to key media; briefing and preparing senior spokespeople for media interviews; and getting our name known through the use of case studies, feature pitches, and research.
  • Responsibilities
    • First point of contact for DataPOWA press office
    • Write press releases, reactive comments and copy for web pages
    • Working efficiently across multiple Digital PR campaigns
    • Key point of contact for influencer and ambassador outreach
    • Guiding creative ideation, with the confidence to pitch PR concepts internally and externally
    • Network and build strong relationships with journalists and industry professionals
    • Ownership of key award nominations and event opportunities
    • Maintenance of press coverage reporting and analysis
    • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Skills Required
    • Degree level qualifications
    • A positive and mature attitude and a genuine interest in a career in sports business
    • A minimum of two years’ experience in PR or Journalism working in-house or agency-side
    • Exceptional and engaging writing skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects
    • Ability to digest data and turn it into a compelling news story
    • A good grounding in reporting – to prove the impact of our stories

  • Role
    • The ideal candidate will be the conduit between management, the data and development teams. They would work closely with the Chief Product Officer to deliver a leap forward in our product capabilities. They will be responsible for building an inspiring vision, a transparent roadmap and focused OKRs in order to facilitate growth of the DataPOWA business.

  • Role
    • The ideal candidate will provide robust, accurate analysis, recommendations and actionable insights across the company and proactively seek opportunities to improve our data function. You will build a deep understanding of the business issues and develop reporting capabilities in order to facilitate growth of the DataPOWA business.
  • Responsibilities
    • Use analytical techniques to provide the business with actionable insights
    • Development and delivery of automated regular reporting to support key business initiatives
    • Ad-hoc analytical projects to meet business requirements
    • Data validation on the implementation of new business initiatives/ processes
    • Identifying, analysing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets
    • Driving insights and creating efficiencies
    • Delivering valuable and actionable insights to the marketing team
    • Conveying a complex analysis in a concise and clear manner to a non-analytical audience

  • Skills Required
